Kevin White, PhD - Founder and Chairman
Our founder, Dr. Kevin White, has had a career spanning top research institutions—including Stanford, Yale, and the University of Chicago—and in industry as President and Chief Science Officer of Tempus AI, a leader in AI-driven precision medicine, which debuted on Nasdaq in June 2024. Dr. White has pioneered innovative approaches in precision medicine, bringing cutting-edge scientific advancements from the lab to real-world applications.
Andrew Lim, PhD - Chief Operations Officer
Our COO, Dr. Andrew Lim, brings global leadership experience across healthcare, technology and AI, having held executive roles at Genome.One, Garvan Institute and DNAnexus. He’s led commercial operations and strategy, business development, and digital innovation initiatives, with prior roles at Seagate Technology, Telstra, and the Boston Consulting Group. Dr. Lim holds a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley and a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
Lauren Kan, MSc - Head of Product
Our Head of Product, Lauren Kan, brings over a decade of experience leading data- driven healthcare initiatives. She previously managed precision oncology reporting and product development at Tempus AI and led the informatics efforts for the Chicago Department of Public Health’s COVID-19 response. With a background in bioinformatics and operations, Lauren specializes in building practical, cross-functional solutions that improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
Rodolphe Barrangou, PhD - Chief Scientific Advisor
Dr. Rodolphe Barrangou, Chairman of the CodonRX Scientific Advisory Board, is a global leader in microbiome and CRISPR research. He’s the inventor on the first CRISPR patent, a founder of Intellia Therapeutics (Nasdaq: NTLA), and Chairman of Caribou Biosciences. A former probiotics engineer at DuPont, he is now a Distinguished Professor at NC State, helping shape CodonRX’s scientific direction.
