Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
At CodonRX, we stand behind our products. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please note that due to health and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for our products.
We offer replacements for damaged or defective items.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within seven(7) days of receiving the product. Please provide clear photos or a video of the damaged or defective product when contacting us.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
Please email us at email@example.com and include your full name, email address used for the order, and refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Items returned to us without an approved request cannot be processed and will be refused and returned to the sender.
Engaging in abusive activity such as initiating chargebacks or refusing orders may result in warnings and/or a permanent account suspension.
We reserve the right to limit or deny requests deemed to violate or abuse our policies or involve any fraudulent activity.
