First-Order Only
This guarantee applies exclusively to your first order of CodonRX®—whether purchased as a one-time order or as the initial shipment of a new subscription. Subsequent subscription renewals or refill orders are excluded from this Satisfaction Guarantee.
The 60-Day Decision Window
You have 60 calendar days from your package delivery date to evaluate CodonRX®. This gives you 30 days to complete your first carton, plus an additional 30 days to submit a request under the CodonRX® Satisfaction Guarantee. The 60-Day Decision window begins with the delivery date on your tracking or your ship date if tracking is unavailable.
Keep Your Bottle (No Returns Required)
You are not required to ship unused or empty bottles back to us to process your refund.
How to Claim
Simply contact Customer Support at contact@codonrx.com during the 60-Day Decision Window. Please include your original order number and email address used to place the original order.
Refund Processing
We issue a 100% refund of your purchase price (shipping is free on all CodonRX® orders) directly to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days of your request.
Subscription Management Notice
Requesting a refund under this Satisfaction Guarantee on your initial order automatically cancels recurring subscription deliveries. You may modify or cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time via your account portal or by contacting Customer Support at contact@codonrx.com.
Policy Modifications
The conditions of this Satisfaction Guarantee are governed by the terms prevailing as of your date of purchase. Future modifications to this policy will not retroactively affect completed orders.
Legal Rights
This Satisfaction Guarantee operates in addition to, and does not restrict, consumer rights granted under applicable state or federal law.
